If! Foundation

Founded in 2017, the If! Foundation is an independent, non-profit Swiss foundation based in Geneva. It works towards a more equitable, responsible and inclusive world by supporting initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions and prospects of the most vulnerable populations.

Since 2026, the If! Foundation has been working alongside Action Against Hunger in Ukraine to improve people’s well-being and psychological resilience.

Against a backdrop of protracted conflict, millions of people are exposed to trauma and psychological distress. This project aims to strengthen the psychosocial resilience of conflict-affected communities through a more accessible, comprehensive and effective system for delivering mental health and psychosocial support services.

Through this project, Action Against Hunger, in collaboration with its local partners, is addressing the mental health needs of the most vulnerable communities, particularly children, adolescents, displaced people and frontline workers.
