Complaint, Feedback and Response Mechanism (CFRM) communication material

ACF is looking for a consultant to support the development of one or several illustration
to be shared to communities especially in Rakhine state to inform them about:
- The meaning of the CFRM
- The mechanism of management of complaints and feedback
- Channels available to report complaints and feedback
After reviewing and analysing ACF CFRM guidelines, the consultant is expected to advice
on the most important feature to represent and how to represent them for the best
understanding of the communities in Rakhine. All provided document will be tested by
ACF MEAL department through focus group discussion with communities leading to
potential changes and will be validated by ACF MEAL department.
Qualified candidates are expected to send their applications to ACF in English including:
- Curriculum vitae
- Cover Letter
- Technical proposal including a detailed tentative planning of timeframe
- Financial proposal: please provide your daily consultancy fee with VAT included
and currency should be USD or EURO - Example of previous work relevant to the assignment
- References from organizations that have previously contracted the consultant (list
