How to donate online ?

Am I eligible for a tax reduction?
A donation to Action contre la Faim, “an organization that helps people in difficulty”, entitles you to an income tax reduction of 75% of the amount of the donation up to €1,000 and 66% above that.
If you make a donation of up to €1,000
The tax reduction will be 75% of the amount of your donation to Action contre la Faim.
Example: if you make a donation of €80, your tax reduction will be €60. (75% of €80). Your donation will therefore only cost you €20.
If you make a donation of more than €1,000
For the first €1,000 of your donation, you still benefit from a tax reduction of 75%. As soon as you exceed €1,000, the tax reduction rises to 66%, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income.
Example: if you make a donation of €2,000, your tax reduction will be €1,410 (75% of €1,000 + 66% of the remaining €1,000). Your donation will only cost you €590, but Action contre la Faim will benefit from €2,000.
Making a donation to an association is therefore a way of helping a just cause, while enjoying tax benefits (tax reduction) for yourself.
Once your online donation has been confirmed, you will receive a tax receipt by email, which you can use as proof for the tax authorities. You can view all your tax receipts and donation history (one-off and regular donations) at any time in your Donor Area, accessible from our website.
How is my donation used?
The legitimacy of our actions depends on clarity and transparency. Every year, we are audited by independent auditors who guarantee the accuracy of our figures.
In 2024, 88.2% of our expenditure was allocated to our social missions, 6% was allocated to fundraising costs and 5.8% was used for our operating costs.
