If you are subject to income tax (IR, by its initials in French), you are eligible for a tax deduction of 75% of the amount of your donation, up to €1,000, then 66% beyond that.

A FOUNDATION TO IMPROVE HOW WE TACKLE HUNGER

Created in 2013 with the support of the Institut de France, the Action contre la Faim Foundation for Research and Innovation aims to eradicate hunger by deepening our knowledge of the causes and treatment of malnutrition through scientific research. It is authorised to receive donations, which entitle you to a reduction on your property wealth tax (IFI) of 75% of your donation.

However, this tax deduction cannot exceed 20% of your taxable income. If the amount exceeds this limit, you can defer the remaining amount for five years and benefit from the tax relief under the same conditions. If new payments are made, the oldest remaining amounts will be prioritised.
