International Open Tender for the provision of agricultural value chains expertises
The purpose of this a Call For Tender is to receive competitive offers in order to sign framework agreement(s) with one or more selected suppliers.
ACF is launching an open international Call For Tender for the supply and delivery of agricultural value chains expertises, in order to select reliable suppliers for the delivery of:
- Studies and diagnoses on agricultural value-chains
- Capacity development for ACF staffs and partners on agricultural value chains
- Advisory services throughout project cycle
- Capitalization documents
This Call for Tender is divided in 2 lots:
Lot 1: Agricultural Value chains initial diagnoses & Studies
Lot 2: Advisory services and capacity building
Participation to the tender is open equally to any company, whatever its nationality.
ACF does not commit to award contracts to the lowest offer or to any offer at all.
