A new policy brief on Climate Justice and Human Rights with a focus on food security, nutrition, health and gender equity has been launched during the COP20 in Lima. This paper has been published to develop recommendations on how the international community, governments, UN and social movements can bring these issues into climate negotiations.
Action contre la Faim (ACF), The University of California (UC), The International Union for Nutritional Sciences (IUNS), Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF), the International Organization for Migration (IOM), l’IRD (Institut de Recherche pour le Développement) and CARE France host a side-event to provide a forum to explore a climate justice approach to food security, nutrition, migration, health and gender equity.
