As well as the supervision provided by the manager and team members, a Recruitment & Mobility Coordinator is dedicated to the professional support of the trainees. In addition, our online learning platform Talent Bridge offers a catalogue of training courses open to all.
Join us to evolve in a young and dynamic work environment, paced by internal events and meetings such as the weekly information points and external events.
By joining our teams, you will find yourself at the heart of the fight against hunger. We value the work of our apprentices by providing them with varied assignments and responsibilities. About 34% of apprentices received a job offer at Action Against Hunger at the end of their course.
Our apprentices – mainly in their 4th or 5th year of higher education – come from universities, business schools; political science institutes; programs specialized in humanitarian or international relations, and in specialized programs depending on the field of expertise required (communication, logistics, human resources, finance, information systems, etc…).
Motivation to join a humanitarian association is particularly important.
Fluency in written and oral English is essential for most of the positions offered.
The recruitment campaign for apprentices is launched in April each year for a period of around 3 months and the apprenticeship begins at the beginning of the academic year in the following autumn.
To apply, simply complete the form for the job that matches your requirements and attach a CV and cover letter.
Each application file is reviewed and selected by the Recruitment and Mobility team, which assists managers in their recruitment.
An internship within our organization will allow you to acquire skills in many areas, to discover the humanitarian sector and the different solutions that exist to fight hunger in the world.
Each year we create new links and strengthen our relationships with schools and universities renowned in teaching the trades we are looking for.
We meet students directly at forums organized by these establishments in order to recruit the profiles that best match our expectations.
