Action Against Hunger is concerned about the loss of contact with two of its employees in the early evening of Monday 26th August in Ouagadougou.

Action Against Hunger teams are doing their utmost to trace them and contact them. We are calling for the support of the authorities and all competent people to do everything possible to find them. 

Action Against Hunger has been operating in Burkina Faso since 2008, in strict compliance with humanitarian principles. 

To ensure the full safety and respect of those concerned, Action Against Hunger will make no further comment at this stage.

Action Against Hunger confirms that it has resumed contact with its colleagues who disappeared on 26 August.

They are safe and sound.
