Research

The Research Programmes are defined based on the needs out in the field. They are conducted in collaboration with international and national scientific partners. Our objective is to improve the quality of our operational programmes out in the field.

Today, the primary objective of our research projects is to improve local commitment to controlling and preventing malnutrition, as well as responding to and preparing for humanitarian emergencies. This objective focuses on three areas:

1. Identify efficient preventative approaches against malnutrition
2. Identify scaling procedures for efficient treatment of malnutrition
3. Identify response and preparation tools for emergency situations
