Call for Tenders for Satellite Telecommunications Equipment and Services

The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to sign one (1) year framework contract(s) on an estimated annual volume, with one or more selected suppliers. 

Contracts may be extended three times for one year by written and signed amendment(s) between the two (2) Parties. 

The Call for Tenders aims at selecting reliable equipment and supplier(s). 

Total quantities mentioned in this Call for Tenders are estimates of Action contre la Faim’s needs and can in no case be considered as a firm commitment from Action contre la Faim. 

Each delivery will be triggered off by a Purchase Order issued by Action contre la Faim and will be submitted to the same conditions listed in the chapters below. 

The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to receive competitive offers for the supply of Satellite Telecommunications equipment and Services.

The contract will be concluded for a period of one year, probably renewable twice for one year by an amendment signed by both parties.
