L’impunité est devenue systématique au Sri Lanka, l’indépendance judicière et l’impartialité ont été sapées au point qu’il n’est plus possible que justice soit faite. Malgré que le gouvernement sri lankai affirme régulièrement rendre des comptes, il n’y a aucune avancée concrète. Le manque de volonté politique est le résultat d’une impunité persistante. Sans l’implication de la communauté internationale, la justice ne sera jamais rendue. ACF, Amnesty International et ICJ demande aux Nations Unies de lancer une enquête internationale et indépendante sur les violations des droits de l’homme commises au Sri Lanka depuis 2006. |
