Conditions to participate to the Tender:

Fees : Bidding document can be obtained upon payment of a non refundable fee of USD 65 per the complete tender dossier (payable by bank transfer or in cash against receipt).

Language: Bidding documents are written in English, and offers will have to be submitted in English as well

Eligibility: Participation in the tender is open on equal terms to companies of USA, the European Union, as well as those in Developing Countries, as defined by the Organization for Economical Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Deadline: The deadline for submission of tenders is May 24th, 2010 at 5pm (Harare time)
