Action contre la Faim’s headquarter in Paris is launching a Call for Tenders for the supply of Plastic (HDPE) buckets made of food-grade quality, for its emergency stocks based in Lyon, France and Dubai, UAE.
The Call for Tenders is meant to sign a Framework agreement and is made of 4 distinct lots:

• Lot # 1 : 10,000 buckets of capacity 15 to 20L to be delivered in Lyon, France
• Lot # 2 : 10,000 buckets of capacity 15 to 20L to be delivered in Dubai, UAE
• Lot # 3 : 10,000 buckets of capacity 10 to 15L to be delivered in Lyon, France
• Lot # 4 : 10,000 buckets of capacity 10 to 15L to be delivered in Dubai, UAE.

Participants to the Tender must submit an offer for at least 2 lots, either by type of buckets or by destination.

Participation to the Tender is open equally to any company, whatever its nationality.

Action contre la Faim does not commit to award the contract the lowest offer or to any offer at all.

Action Against Hunger in BURKINA FASO is launching a Call for Tenders regarding 88 drillings, meant to supply the villages of the TAPOA region in drinkable water.

The drilling work is split into 5 lots (7 drillings / 7 drillings / 25 drillings / 25 drillings / 24 drillings), each lot is one and indivisible, but participants in the Tender may submit an offer for only one or several lots.

Each lot is made of:

• making the positive drillings
• supplying and installing in each drilling a hand pump (India Mark II type or “Hydro-India refoulante Vergnet”) and provide a certification of cooperation with authorized resellers of such pumps)
• build the super-structure around each positive drilling

Participation in this Tender is open to all companies regularly registered in Burkina Faso and to all companies registered in the European Union or in an ACP countries (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific) officially authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Hydraulics and halieutics resources and specialized in building and hydraulics works.

Call for Tenders for a Logistics Information System

Action contre la Faim’s Headquarters in Paris, along with the Madrid and New York Headquarters, is launching a Call for Tender for a Logistics Information System, to be deployed on all ACF missions over the world.

The scope covers the logistics and Supply Chain aspects.
